With the increasing demand of energy, oil and natural gas environment for well completion and production tools, the requirements of packer element are becoming higher and higher. Packer elements, commonly known as rubber bucket products on the market, has high toughness & cushioning characteristics and is used to protect the drilling pipeline from collision with the pipe wall. Packer element must be able to withstand very harsh environment and produce the required isolation in oil wells. When the packer element is made of the correct material and installed correctly, the tool shall achieve the best performance.


The exclusive manufacturing technology of extrusion and processing of JST packer elements greatly reduces the risk of hidden voids, streamline and gate extension, thus prolonging the service life of products and reducing expensive equipment downtime.

Packer element are compatible with a variety of completion tools. High expansion and extrusion resistance. Broad temperature range capability including high pressure, high temperature.

Packer elements are used between sections of oil and gas production tubing to prevent fluids and pressure from leaking through the joints. This protects the casing, production tubing, liner and wellbore wall above and below the producing zone. Packer elements are designed for operating in corrosive or harsh conditions and manufactured from elastomers compatible with the media that needs to be sealed.

The packer element material could be HNBR, NBR, aflas ect.
