Application of JST 4-inch fracturing pump valve insert Seals

The EFP 4-inch fracturing pump valve insert seals produced by JST uses modified TPU material, it is the consumables of fluid end valves and seats, which has excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The frac pump valve insert seals are fluid end consumables, it plays important role in oilfield.


It is mainly used in oil field fracturing truck, well washing truck, cement truck, plumger pump, mud pump and other petroleum equipment.


The EFP 4-inch fracturing pump valve insert were supplied to Panjin Qinghe Machinery Sales Co., Ltd. They were installed on the discharge end of the Qinghe 5YL280.QHZT-4-1, 28000PSI, 5-cylinder fracturing pump.

Test Results

After the test the valve body with JST rubber was used in 16 stages, all the rubber shall be removed from the perspective of safety production. The wear of valve rubber is very slight. According to the experience of on-site pump workers, it can continue to use section 3-4 stages.


Conclusion

The EFP 4-inch fracturing pump packing product produced by JST has an average pressure of 80-100MPA.

The maximum sand content is 18%. Under the condition of acidic environment, a total of 16 stages are fractured without leakage. The product can continue to be used after disassembly, so it is judged that the product meets the use requirements.
