Guangzhou JST Seals produces ID face seal and OD face seal for FLS valve from size 1 13/16 to 7-1/16 inch and for pressure from 2000Psi to 20,000Psi.

JST provides ID face seals and OD face seals with two different materials for FLS and FLS-R valves. A common option is virgin peek spring powered by a stainless-steel spring. Another option is glass moly filled PTFE with stainless steel springs, which are very durable and can withstand the worst conditions. When conditions are not extreme, a more cost-effective material option is glass moly filled PTFE.

The V-spring is used as a force application element. As a valve seat sealing ring, it is widely used in high-pressure valves. Usually, the ID and OD face seal of the valve seat are used together.

To make sure seal works well and no leakage, JST seat seal has passed PR2 test to meet API 6A requirements.
