PolyPak seal combines the O-ring as an energizer with the lip seal to form a special sealing device, which can seal in vacuum and high and low pressure applications. It is a multi-purpose seal.

PolyPak advantages:

PolyPak has obvious advantages over the traditional lip seal, because there is basically no lip load in the basic seal design, so it is easy to leak under low pressure. PolyPak is an extruded seal that provides high tightness at low pressure. As the system pressure increases, additional force is applied to the polypak on the interface, with the continuous increase of pressure, the lip load will automatically increase to compensate for the higher pressure, so as to maintain a positive leak free seal.

PolyPak types:

PolyPak Seals can be used in rod or piston applications. There are three types, all of which are extrusion seals with symmetrical profiles. Each of the three types has its own advantages. Different sizes and alternative compounds allow these profiles to match many hydraulic applications.
