June is the 21st "Safe Production Month" in China this year, JST Seals has always adhered to the theme of "abiding by the safe production law and being the first responsible person". In order to implement the responsibility of safety production, JST carried out in-depth safety publicity and education, formulated a detailed drill plan, and carried out various safety accident emergency drills, which were successful.

Further to the 13" S Seal PR2 test in Dec. 2021, JST conducted and passed the 3" external S seal PR2 test, LU, 10K Psi, as per API 6A Annex F, 21st edition, with the witness by third party BV from 16th May to 24th May.

It’s great to announce that JST successfully got its invention of A Slip Sealing Structure, which was authorized by the U.S. patent and Trademark Office and obtained the invention patent certificate. This slip sealing structure comprises a cylindrical sealing body comprising an upper and a lower end surfaces, wherein an outer side and an inner side of at least one end surface of the sealing body are provided with an outer metal retaining ring and an inner metal retaining ring respectively, a fabric covering layer is disposed on the at least one end surface, and the outer and inner metal retaining rings are respectively pressed against an outer and inner edges of the fabric covering layer such that the fabric covering layer provides support for the outer and inner metal retaining rings. The slip sealing structure according to the present invention can meet the application requirements of the slip casing head under the operating conditions of a high pressure of 15000 PSI and a PU temperature range (from -29℃. to 121℃.)
