Bonded seals for completion tools

S-Seal is designed for extreme oil and gas applications. It is a technologically advanced replacement for traditional three-piece T-Seals or O-Rings with back-ups.

In LNG operations, valves can regularly encounter temperatures below -320 F (-196 C) and pressures above 750 pounds per square inch (psi). They are also subjected to periodic variations in temperatures known as “thermal cycling,” which can result in hardware expansion as well as shrinkage and material stresses. These factors make reliable, long-term valve operation an engineering challenge.

Pack off seal or Secondary Seal Assemblies is installed in the lower seal area of the Casing Spool or Tubing Head.

The pump plunger sealing system is adopted in the pump, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by water leakage and prevent the pump failure caused by the plunger friction overheating.    

Bidirectional high-pressure ball valve seat seal is a type of seat sealing that can withstand bidirectional pressure, with good low-temperature performance and airtightness, and is widely used in 6D ball valves.

JST's RGD (Rapid Gas Decompression) o ring can be applicated in high and low temperature environment with high pressure. It is widely used in detection and drilling equipment, completion equipment, underwater valves and pumps, compressor ect.

Piston seals are work to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

The ball valve seat is responsible for sealing the fluid inside and uniformly distributing the seating stress. A leak of ball valve in petrochemical application could be environmentally devastating.
