Bonded seals for completion tools

Spring energized PTFE seals consist of variety of jacket profiles and spring types. It can achieve the sealing effect compensation under different pressure conditions by spring energizer.

We have been manufacturing various types of fluid end valve and seats for both frac pumps and mud pumps, covering various models for the most dominant pumps in the market.

JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. Back-up Rings are protective and supporting elements with no sealing function. The back up ring material could be  PEEK, modified PTFE.

Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) O-rings have carbon fluorine bonds, making them one of the most thermally stable, oxidative stable, and chemically stable fluorinated polymers.

S Seals are well suited for sealing wellheads, connectors, downhole tools, high pressure valves and other demanding oil and gas applications. The non-extrusion springs can be fabricated from different metals.The S seal is made of spring and rubber material could be NBR, HNBR, FKM ect.

The FHB seal is made of a helical wound spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used as a Flange internal face seal.

Piston seals are working to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

Hammer union seals are used for hammer joint type pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage.
