In order to enrich the spare-time life of colleagues’ spare time, enhance team spirit and cohesion, and show JST’s positive style, JST held a unique basketball game on November 16, 2021. During the game, the competition was extremely fierce and exciting, it enhanced the friendship of both teams. This game truly demonstrated the spirit of TEAMWORK, which is one of the JST culture core values. Enterprise culture has always been an important indicator for the assessment of the harmonious development of JST. The "Jingjin Cup" basketball game has been going on for many years and is an important part of JST family.

From October 24 to October 28, 2021, the auditor of the American Petroleum Institute, Mr. Xue came to JST to conduct a four-day on-site audit on the implementation of API Q1 quality management system. API Spec Q1 is a company level certification based on the standard developed and published by the American Petroleum Institute (API) titled "Specification for Quality Management System Requirements for Manufacturing Organizations for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry". This certification is intended for companies who manufacture equipment or components of equipment used in oil and natural gas production. Certifications are issued exclusively by API. Companies must submit their quality manual for approval and host an on-site audit conducted by an API official. Companies must have a quality system in place at least four months prior to submitting an application. The quality manual must implement each review and risk-mitigation item outlined in the standard, and the full system must be audited every year to ensure continued conformance to the requirements. This is the fourth year API has conducted the audit to JST since 2018. The fact that JST passed the API audit every year proves that we are a competitive company which focus on designing, manufacturing and selling of Non-metallic Sealing products for the petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industries. API Q1 & API Monogram gives an externally checked confidence that JST’s business is using a documented system and our Oil & Gas Seal products fulfil customer requirements as well as being committed to improve. It also provides assurance to customers that they can depend on consistent Product Quality. The non-metallic sealing products JST mainly supply include: ●API 6A wellhead equipment seals: including the gate valve seals, casing head & tubing hanger seal; ●Fracturing pump seal: including high pressure manifold seal, well service pump packing seal, valve inserted seal, hammer union seals, fluid end valve and seats; ●Downhole seal: including RGD o rings, packer element, liner wiper plug, pump down plug, bonded seal, metal end cap seal, S seal, seal stack, back up ring, centralizer rubber fin, and BOP seal; ●API 6D ball valve & LNG seal: including the ball valve stem packing and seat seals.

Good news! JST successfully got the authorization of invention patent on a Secondary Pack Off Sealing Structure in USA by United States Patent and Trademark Office in July, 2021. During the drilling operation and oil and gas testing, the casing head slip hanger is the basic part of wellhead equipment, which is installed at the upper end of casing string to hang casing strings of each layer and seal the annular space between casings of each layer. As the main seal of slip type casing head, the performance of pack off seal directly affects the application range and normal use of casing head. In order to overcome the defects in the prior design, this invention provides a slip seal structure, which can meet the requirements of using slip casing heads under the working conditions of 15000PSI high pressure and PU temperature grade (-29℃~121℃).  The pack off seal structure of the present invention will have a very excellent application prospect.
