EVZ is commonly used in high-pressure mud pumps and fracturing pumps, namely Packings, the high-speed reciprocating dynamic seals. Its main function is to prevent plungers from leakage in high-speed reciprocating. Some special working conditions are taken into consideration when designing its structure and material, which make it apply to fracturing fluid, mud so on mediums.

Fracturing pump seals are mainly applied in fracturing trucks, mud pumps and cementing trucks for Oil Industry of harsh working conditions. The working medium normally contains mud, oil, sand and acid chemical such as H2S. The maximum working pressure could be above 100Mpa, and working time lasts for more than 50 hours.

The concerned materials developed by JST have been tested and verified by the markets, which could satisfy the above mentioned working conditions.

The 4” fracturing pump seals provided by JST are installed in 2800 Type fracturing trucks working in Chuanqing Oilfield. The seals working conditions are as below:

Working pressure: 78Mpa

Total oil layer: 35

Total working time: 101 hours.

These seals are widely used in Chinese oilfields including Shengli Oilfield, Chuanqing Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, as well as used in Middle East and Russia.
