JST 3" External S seal passed PR2 test, as well as 13” S seal.

JST S seal use material HNBR85+316SS, BV witnessed HNBR S seal at working condition -29°C  to +121°C, 10000PSi, product design refer to API 6A -annex F.

The material HNBR(H3385) meet API immersion test, RGD test.

The Inspector also applied following activities:

1: Reviewed the test certificate of raw material HNBR ( H3385), the Result was satisfied according to API 6A 21st

2: Reviewed the dimension inspection report of testing fixture, the result was acceptable according to the design provided by JST seals.

3. Roughness compared standard block was used to inspect the roughness of the key sealing groove in the testing fixture. The result indicated than the roughness is not exceed 1.6um.
