JST produces different material spring energized lip seal.

Jacket material such as PTFE, PEEK, TFM. Spring material include 316ss or Alloy spring. For different working conditions, we use different seal designs and materials.

If seal works at pressure over 6000PSi, PEEK back up ring is needed.

For -196°C, we would use material TFM+Alloy spring.

JST has ability to produce different dimensions of spring energized PTFE seal from 10mm to 1000mm. When we design lip seal, we need to know groove size and working temperature, pressure, working medium.
