Oil-free Air compressor PTFE piston cup seals


Oil-free Air compressor PTFE piston cup seals extensively used for steam, oil, water, and other chemical applications. Most of rings are made of self-lubricating materials such as virgin PTFE and filled PTFE compounds like carbon filled PTFE and graphite filled PTFE, etc. Our piston seal are extensively acclaimed as a perfect pressure-energized seals which ensure good flexibility. These can be easily fitted with a high degree of preload to maintain sealing at very low pressures. Following the demands of clients we provide these in various dimensions and specifications.

Features

  • Self-lubricating. It has a low coefficient of friction and excellent friction and wear resistance, as well as during dry friction. It can be operated under conditions where the grease cannot be used, such as under the ultra-low temperature conditions of liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen.
  • Shock absorption. It has good shock absorption and is especially suitable for places where noise and vibration are needed.
  • The vacuum performance is good. The gas-out property of the polymer material in vacuum is remarkably smaller than that of the grease, so that it can be used well under ultra-high vacuum conditions.
