High pressure Rotary Seals is one bidirectional rotary seal which can bear both sides of pressure and alternating pressure.
High pressure rotary seals are used in pneumatic and low to medium load rotary or swing applications. The rotary piston seal is a two-piece design consisting of a standard size O-ring that powers the wear-resistant PTFE cover.
The rotary piston seal provides long-term wear and low friction without stick slip. The PTFE outer diameter has special interference with the O-ring design to eliminate the rotation between the O-ring and the seal. The inner diameter of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is designed with special grooves to provide lubrication and produce labyrinth effect to reduce leakage.

The V Stack seal assembly is comprising a top adapter or anti-extrusion ring (1), Vee Rings (2) and a bottom adapter (3). In the assembly the energizing axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the mating hardware surface. Special material grades are available for a large variety of working conditions. The chevron seal stack material could be PEEK, modified PTFE and spring.
FFKM O-ring is a circular seal made of perfluoroelastomer compound, with a higher fluorine content than FKM fluoroelastomer.
JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. Back-up Rings are protective and supporting elements with no sealing function. The back up ring material could be PEEK, modified PTFE.
