Downhole pump down plug (PDPC)

Pump down plugs separate cement from the displacement fluid during liner cementing operations, and use the pump plug to wipe the cement run-in string, and use the tail pipe scraper plug to wipe the cement tail pipe.

It released from the cementing manifold at the surface between the cement and the displacement fluid, wipes cement from the drillpipe and lands in the liner wiper plug.

The pumpdown plug is made of metal frame and bonding rubber material could be HNBR, NBR, FKM ect.

Pump down plugs are mainly used for:

-Downhole cementing operations during liner applications;

-Wiping of the running string behind the cement;

-Wiping of the liner behind the cement;

-Separation of cement from the displacement fluid during cementing operations, working together with liner plugs .
