Rapid Gas Decompression O ring

In many high-pressure gas processes in the oil and gas industry, the damage of elastic sealing parts caused by rapid gas decompression is a very common situation. When the gas or liquefied gas under high pressure is suddenly released, it will lead to the rapid expansion of the gas absorbed in the elastomer, thus damaging the seal. However, even if the decompression lasts for several hours, the seal may be damaged.

JST's treatment technology for fluororubber has greatly improved the high strength performance of fluororubber, making HNBR / FKM RGD or AED O ring have excellent resistance during rapid pressure relief under high pressure, as well as excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and RGD performance.
