Hydraulic rubber fabric V packing seal

VT type V Packing is widely used for sealing pistons and rods with both single and double acting cylinders.

The bonded seal is used in work-over and sand control operations. With the bonding of elastomer to a steel core, this serve to prevent excessive rubber compression under loading.

BT Seal is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. It is constructed from an elastomer with anti-extrusion spring bonded within it. Springs are available in stainless steel, elastomer could be HNBR or NBR.

The ID S seal is used for wellheads, downhole tools and surface pressure control equipment as a critial part.

The BVR series is made of a canted level spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used as a seat seal.

In LNG operations, valves can regularly encounter temperatures below -320 F (-196 C) and pressures above 750 pounds per square inch (psi). They are also subjected to periodic variations in temperatures known as “thermal cycling,” which can result in hardware expansion as well as shrinkage and material stresses. These factors make reliable, long-term valve operation an engineering challenge.

Rotary shaft seals with PTFE ring have been specially developed for use in harsh conditions. They are used when shaft seals with classic elastomer lips reach their performance limits.
