50PEEK V stacks for downhole tool
The V Stack seal assembly is comprising a top adapter or anti-extrusion ring. The structure is multi-layer sealing, it has several sealing lips and can withstand large extrusion clearance, potential dislocation and rough surface finish. The one-way retaining ring structure can meet the general sealing requirements. Typical applications include stem, throttle, fishing tools, and pump seals.

(3).In the assembly the energizing axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the mating hardware surface. Special material grades are available for a large variety of working conditions.
