Rubber V Packing hydraulic seals

V Packing consist of multiple male and female adaptor, usually a group of three to seven v rings, used for low or high pressure applications with Single or Double acting cylinder.

In LNG operations, valves can regularly encounter temperatures below -320 F (-196 C) and pressures above 750 pounds per square inch (psi). They are also subjected to periodic variations in temperatures known as “thermal cycling,” which can result in hardware expansion as well as shrinkage and material stresses. These factors make reliable, long-term valve operation an engineering challenge.

The FHB seal is made of a helical wound spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used as a Flange internal face seal.

It is an end face spring energized seal with both rigid and flexible elements, which gives consistent contact at the sealing interface.

Wipers are installed in the sealing configurations of hydraulic cylinders to prevent contaminants such as dirt, dust and moisture from entering the cylinder as they retract back into the system.

The water pump seal D1 is composed of one or couple of fabric reinforced Chevron V rings (DM), back up ring (DD) and header ring (DS) for plunger sealing.

Liner Wiper Plugs separates drilling fluid from cement during displacement.

The PTFE gate valve seat seal is made of durable teflon, it is used in rotating equipment to minimize o-ring movement.
