Rubber V Packing hydraulic seals

V Packing consist of multiple male and female adaptor, usually a group of three to seven v rings, used for low or high pressure applications with Single or Double acting cylinder.

The water pump seal D1 is composed of one or couple of fabric reinforced Chevron V rings (DM), back up ring (DD) and header ring (DS) for plunger sealing.

JST's Inner and Outer BOP Seals could be made according to customer requirements. These seals are used in various type of Blow Out Preventors (BOP's).

Rotary shaft seals with PTFE ring have been specially developed for use in harsh conditions. They are used when shaft seals with classic elastomer lips reach their performance limits.

P seal is constructed from an elastomer with back up rings for anti-extrusion. Energized by the injection of sealant, it is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. Backup rings are available in Mesh Stainless Steel or Solid Carbon Steel.

High-pressure Rotary shaft seals are one bidirectional rotary seal which can bear both sides of pressure and alternating pressure. It is made with slip ring and o-ring/square ring.

The seal jacket of adhesive dispenser/dispensing seal is made of ultra-high molecular UHMWPE or PEEK, with installed stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with low temperature resistance treatment.

JST ESY series design is commonly used as dynamic seal for ball valve stem, and the ESY with various V rings and T shape support rings could be used for fugitive emission valves, meeting the requirements of ISO-15848.
