Packer element for downhole application

FFKM O-ring is a circular seal made of perfluoroelastomer compound, with a higher fluorine content than FKM fluoroelastomer.

High-pressure Rotary shaft seals are one bidirectional rotary seal which can bear both sides of pressure and alternating pressure. It is made with slip ring and o-ring/square ring.

SPGW is a high performance, double acting compact piston seal, to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

S-Seal is designed for extreme oil and gas applications. It is a technologically advanced replacement for traditional three-piece T-Seals or O-Rings with back-ups.

JST's centralizer rubber fins is made according to customer requirements. The centralizer fin has a retrievable, reseatable, flexible design. This Rubber and metal reinforced rubber centralizer fins are available for a variety of MWD (measurement while drilling) tools and oil well logging and monitoring instruments.

The ball valve seat is responsible for sealing the fluid inside and uniformly distributing the seating stress. A leak of ball valve in petrochemical application could be environmentally devastating.

JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. Back-up Rings are protective and supporting elements with no sealing function. The back up ring material could be  PEEK, modified PTFE.

Hammer union seals are used for hammer joint type pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage.
