With the increasing demand of energy, oil and natural gas environment for well completion and production tools, the requirements of packer element are becoming higher and higher. Packer elements, commonly known as rubber bucket products on the market, has high toughness & cushioning characteristics and is used to protect the drilling pipeline from collision with the pipe wall. Packer element must be able to withstand very harsh environment and produce the required isolation in oil wells. The ESA valve rubber seal is a type of Polypak, it combines a rubber o-ring type and a conventional lip type seal to produce a unique sealing device.
