With the increasing demand of energy, oil and natural gas environment for well completion and production tools, the requirements of packer element are becoming higher and higher. Packer elements, commonly known as rubber bucket products on the market, has high toughness & cushioning characteristics and is used to protect the drilling pipeline from collision with the pipe wall. Packer element must be able to withstand very harsh environment and produce the required isolation in oil wells. S-Seal is designed for extreme oil and gas applications. It is a technologically advanced replacement for traditional three-piece T-Seals or O-Rings with back-ups.
Oil-free Air compressor PTFE piston cup seals extensively used for steam, oil, water, and other chemical applications.
JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. Back-up Rings are protective and supporting elements with no sealing function. The back up ring material could be PEEK, modified PTFE.
P seal is constructed from an elastomer with back up rings for anti-extrusion. Energized by the injection of sealant, it is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. Backup rings are available in Mesh Stainless Steel or Solid Carbon Steel.
Pumpdown plugs separate cement from the displacement fluid during liner cementing operations.
Piston seals are working to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.

Back-up Ring/Anti Extrusion Rings is a ring that holds an elastomeric seal to its outline shape and in its right place. and are typically used with O Rings to eliminate extrusion at high pressures.
