With the increasing demand of energy, oil and natural gas environment for well completion and production tools, the requirements of packer element are becoming higher and higher. Packer elements, commonly known as rubber bucket products on the market, has high toughness & cushioning characteristics and is used to protect the drilling pipeline from collision with the pipe wall. Packer element must be able to withstand very harsh environment and produce the required isolation in oil wells. When the packer element is made of the correct material and installed correctly, the tool shall achieve the best performance.

The BVR series is made of a canted level spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used as a stem seal.
ODU Piston seals are work to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.
The JST valve insert seal is mainly used for sealing valve seat of fracturing pump. It is made of modified polyurethane material of excellent extrusion resistance, puncture resistance and fatigue resistance, which guarantees the fracturing work under various working conditions.

JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. Back-up Rings are protective and supporting elements with no sealing function. The back up ring material could be PEEK, modified PTFE.
KZT is used in combination with anti-wear and piston ring to prevent cylinder oil from mixing with foreign particles, avoiding seal damage.
DAS Compact Seal is a double-acting seal and guiding element comprising an elastomeric profile seal ring, two back-up rings and two guide rings.
