Spring energized PTFE lip seal

The seal jacket of adhesive dispenser/dispensing seal is made of ultra-high molecular UHMWPE or PEEK, with installed stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with low temperature resistance treatment.

The spring energized seal is widely used in medical equipment, which is generally composed of a corrosion resistant spring and a seal ring made of U-shaped filled PTFE/UPE material.

Rod seals are static seals installed in glands or housings to prevent the leakage of fluid from within a cylinder to the outside as the rod cycles.

JST's back up ring compensate for large temperature fluctuations. Using Back-up Rings allows O-Rings to be utilized in higher pressure applications, where larger extrusion gaps are required and where there are reciprocating or rotating movements. DLI is a dust resistance and oil-scraping double acting seal. Consist of PU and iron material.

Back-up Ring/Anti Extrusion Rings is a ring that holds an elastomeric seal to its outline shape and in its right place. and are typically used with O Rings to eliminate extrusion at high pressures.

Nylon BX R RX style Test Ring Gasket is good for valve pressure test. JST Nylon ring joint test gaskets are a no damaging method to test and re-certify ring type joint flanges.
