Spring energized PTFE lip seal

The seal jacket of adhesive dispenser/dispensing seal is made of ultra-high molecular UHMWPE or PEEK, with installed stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with low temperature resistance treatment.

The spring energized seal is widely used in medical equipment, which is generally composed of a corrosion resistant spring and a seal ring made of U-shaped filled PTFE/UPE material.  

The oil scraper ring is a part located at the rear of the pump packing seal.

In LNG operations, valves can regularly encounter temperatures below -320 F (-196 C) and pressures above 750 pounds per square inch (psi). These factors make reliable, long-term valve operation an engineering challenge.
