Spring energized PTFE lip seal

The seal jacket of adhesive dispenser/dispensing seal is made of ultra-high molecular UHMWPE or PEEK, with installed stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with low temperature resistance treatment.

The spring energized seal is widely used in medical equipment, which is generally composed of a corrosion resistant spring and a seal ring made of U-shaped filled PTFE/UPE material.  

T-seals are three piece seals with an elastomeric lip and hard plastic anti-extrusion rings, it is proved to be of long time service. The standard design will fit into an o-ring gland and can be machined or net moulded.

Lockdown screw seal is used mainly in geothermal applications, HNBR packing with stainless steel caps provide superior performance over metal pressure seals.

Swivel joint ball plug is working together with hammer union seals, to seal the balls of high pressure elbows and grease.

The V Stack seal assembly is comprising a top adapter or anti-extrusion ring (1), Vee Rings (2) and a bottom adapter (3). In the assembly the energizing axial force is transferred between the individual packing rings so that each ring is pressed into positive contact with the mating hardware surface. Special material grades are available for a large variety of working conditions. The chevron seal stack material could be PEEK, modified PTFE and spring.

This product can fully meet the pressure working conditions of current hydrogen compressor transportation equipment, ranging from 0 to 90MPa, and the sealing element will not extrude and deform, with good sealing performance.

Phenolic wear rings are designed with tubing made from fine weave cotton fabric wound on molds and imbued with phenolic resin. It has high mechanical properties, good oil resistance, low water absorption and high wear resistance.
