Spring energized PTFE lip seal

The seal jacket of adhesive dispenser/dispensing seal is made of ultra-high molecular UHMWPE or PEEK, with installed stainless steel anti-corrosion spring with low temperature resistance treatment.

The spring energized seal is widely used in medical equipment, which is generally composed of a corrosion resistant spring and a seal ring made of U-shaped filled PTFE/UPE material.  

Wear rings are used to help keep the piston centered, allowing for even wear and pressure distribution on the seals. Wear rings are used in both piston and rod applications.

JST FHP series is  made of a helical wound spring and a polymer jacket, which is mainly used for piston.

VT type V Packing is widely used for sealing pistons and rods with both single and double acting cylinders.

Dovetail groove is used to put the O-ring or elastomer dovetail seal during installation. This groove is not common because it is more expensive to machine, but this dovetail groove can avoid seal extrusion out.

Hammer Union Seals help to prevent leakage in hammer union pipe connections and are generally applied in applications within the Chemical Processing, Offshore Drilling, Petrochemical, and Water and Gas industries.  

SPGO is a low friction piston seal consisting of PTFE+Bronze seal ring and rubber o-ring used for two-way piston seal of Hydraulic cylinder, to seal in fluid, thus preventing the flow of fluid across the piston, allowing pressure to build up on one side of the piston.
