EVZ is commonly used in high-pressure mud pumps and fracturing pumps, namely Packings, the high-speed reciprocating dynamic seals. JST’S EVZ well service packing are used in rod glands to seal the extension rods which force fluid through the pump in plunger pump. Sealing of the extension rods is critical in order to maintain system pressure. In addition to pressure retention, well service packing must keep the pump’s hydraulic fluid and pumping media separated. Its main function is to prevent plungers from leakage in high-speed reciprocating. Some special working conditions are taken into consideration when designing its structure and material, which make it apply to fracturing fluid, mud so on mediums.
JST provides high-performance well service packing, which is suitable for high-pressure and abrasive media in drilling, cementing and fracturing services. With our unique and innovative materials, the wear of plunger and fluid end is significantly reduced, therefore the well service packing can be used for long term, which reduces the pump maintenance cost. T-Seal is a compact three-piece double acting seal composed of a T shaped elastomeric element and two rigid anti-extrusion rings. These compact sealing elements are designed for installation in simple O-ring grooves and are often used to modify faulty O-rings.
The water pump seal D1 is composed of one or couple of fabric reinforced Chevron V rings (DM), back up ring (DD) and header ring (DS) for plunger sealing.
