EVZ is commonly used in high-pressure mud pumps and fracturing pumps, namely Packings, the high-speed reciprocating dynamic seals. JST’S EVZ well service packing are used in rod glands to seal the extension rods which force fluid through the pump in plunger pump. Sealing of the extension rods is critical in order to maintain system pressure. In addition to pressure retention, well service packing must keep the pump’s hydraulic fluid and pumping media separated. Its main function is to prevent plungers from leakage in high-speed reciprocating. Some special working conditions are taken into consideration when designing its structure and material, which make it apply to fracturing fluid, mud so on mediums.
JST provides high-performance well service packing, which is suitable for high-pressure and abrasive media in drilling, cementing and fracturing services. With our unique and innovative materials, the wear of plunger and fluid end is significantly reduced, therefore the well service packing can be used for long term, which reduces the pump maintenance cost. DAS Compact Seal is a double-acting seal and guiding element comprising an elastomeric profile seal ring, two back-up rings and two guide rings.
The pump plunger sealing system is adopted in the pump, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by water leakage and prevent the pump failure caused by the plunger friction overheating.
T-seals are three piece seals with an elastomeric lip and hard plastic anti-extrusion rings, it is proved to be of long time service. The standard design will fit into an o-ring gland and can be machined or net moulded.
P seal is constructed from an elastomer with back up rings for anti-extrusion. Energized by the injection of sealant, it is a static seal that is used to seal rough casing and tubing. Backup rings are available in Mesh Stainless Steel or Solid Carbon Steel.
